A collection of photos from our adventures this spring! Asarum caudatum - Our Native Wild Ginger. We picked up this little gem from Streamside Native Plants in Bowser, BC. I had to take a picture because the flower opened up today! If you loooook closely you will see Ry spying (creeping) on the ginger too! This little creeper grows well in a sheltered location in shade or dappled sun. It adjusts well to dry sites but requires some assistance for the first year or so. On a side note; I love this plant so much I had it tattooed on me ;) |
